1. Controller

2. Data we process

• Account data: email, username, sign-in status.
• Profile and content: profile photo, vlogs, captions/descriptions, badges.
• Social data: friendships, invites, nudges, reports.
• Technical data: IP address, request time, device/browser data in server logs.

3. Purposes

We process data to provide sign-in, feed, uploads, friendships, invites, security, support, and account deletion.

4. Retention

Vlogs are ephemeral and are regularly deleted automatically. Account data remains until account deletion or as legally required. Reports and technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.

5. Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, database, and media storage, Resend for email, and Apple for Sign in with Apple and platform features.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. You can delete your account in the app or contact us at hi@nand-studios.com.

7. Minors

Vlog Loop is not directed to children below the minimum age required by local law.
